In Debden Park High School “leaders have successfully established a school where high aspirations and excellence are the norm, and where pupils and staff enjoy coming to work…. The buzz, enthusiasm and energy from staff at all levels is palpable”. Ofsted January 2017

We are looking to appoint an exceptional professional who will join a highly successful, enthusiastic and talented team and work with us to inspire our students. The role will involve teaching A-Level Product Design and would be suitable for an experienced professional who wants to work part time.

Debden Park High School is a heavily oversubscribed Academy that Ofsted judged to be Outstanding in January 2017. We constantly achieve outstanding outcomes for our students throughout all the Key Stages. Our new Sixth Form opened in September 2015 and moved into its own building in September 2016. The Sixth Form currently has around 150 students in it.

We have a creative and energetic Design and Technology team who are well resourced and dedicated to developing the full potential of our students. The successful candidate will be someone who is innovative and committed to moving learning forward in an exciting and active way; someone who is prepared to go ‘beyond outstanding’ in helping our A-level students to successfully make the next step in their educational journey.
