Information for candidates
It is important that students read and understand the JCQ Information for Candidates for written exams. This gives useful advice in respect of equipment and also information on what is not permitted during exams.
Students have been given a Statement of Entry sheet which details examination information.

All Year 13 exams will be held in the Training Room unless advised differently.
All Year 11 exams will be held in the Sports Hall unless advised differently.
Reminders for students:
Those students who are permitted to use laptops in examinations need to bring their laptops to the examination room at least 20 minutes before the start of the exam in order that they may be disabled.
Students need to ensure they are punctual for exams.
Students need to be aware they are not permitted to bring mobile phones or gadgets into the exam room.
Students need to write in black ink and need to bring all equipment necessary, including a calculator (where permitted).
Pencil cases need to be transparent and water bottles with labels cannot be brought into the hall.
Any breach of the JCQ rules will need to be reported to the relevant Exam Board.
National Contingency Day is scheduled for 26th June 2019 - should examinations need to be rescheduled for any reason this date has been set aside in order that exams can be undertaken.
